Your brand
on my LinkedIn
Four logo slots on my real LinkedIn banner, ranked by bid. Bidding closes Sunday at 23:59 Amsterdam time — the top four ride the banner for 7 days (Monday to Monday), locked in front of 14,136 followers and profile visitors.

Place a bid
Any amount above the slot below you. We hold the amount on your card and only charge it if you’re still in the top 4 when bidding closes on Sunday.
- 02
Move up the row
Rank one is the leftmost logo on the banner, and the only slot that also puts your link on my LinkedIn profile. Outbid the brand above you and you swap places, live.

Your logo rides the banner
Bidding closes Sunday at 23:59 Amsterdam time. The top four lock onto the banner for 7 full days — Monday 09:00 to Monday 09:00 — then a fresh week opens.
The obvious ones, answered
Is this real?
Yes. I saw outbid.lol, then brandmymac.com, and thought: why not build this as well. Real banner, real link placements, real money. The only fictional part is pretending a LinkedIn banner is premium ad inventory — though so far, so is everyone else’s.
Who actually pays?
Only the top four. When you bid, the amount is held on your card — not charged. At the Sunday 23:59 Europe/Amsterdam close the four highest bids are charged, and their logos go up when the new week is initialised the next morning at 09:00, for 7 full days. Every other hold is released in full, automatically. If you are in the waiting room, or you drop out of the top four before the close, you pay nothing.
What do I actually get?
All four winners get the same thing: a full 7 days on my LinkedIn banner, at the rank your bid holds, plus a dedicated sponsor mention in that week’s LinkedIn post — visible to everyone who lands on my profile all week. Rank one gets that and your link on the profile itself for the same 7 days, which is the one part money can only buy at the top of the row. I can’t promise clicks, only that it’s there and I’ll talk about it.
What if someone outbids me?
You get pinged the moment it happens, with the chance to swing back any time before Sunday night. Drop below the cut line and you are simply out — see “Who actually pays?” above for what happens to the hold.
What happens at the Sunday close?
A hard close. Bidding stops on Sunday at 23:59 Europe/Amsterdam exactly — there is no anti-snipe extension, so a bid placed at 23:58:59 counts and one placed a minute later belongs to next week. The top four holds are captured, every other hold is released, and the logos go up on Monday at 09:00 for 7 full days.
Can any brand join?
I approve every logo by hand before it goes on my own profile. Fair, since it travels with my name on it. Rejected bids are released in full, never charged.
Why run this at all?
It’s more fun than the alternatives, and it’s a live case study for the GTM content work I do at Viralz — watching the experiment run is half the point.
